13 Thumb Rules to be Happy and Full of Life Always!
Life is not easy these days. As much as the concept of birth and death is so natural, the complications of it comes handy. Still, there are some ways to handle the chaos like a boss. There are still some simple mantras that can bring that peaceful smile back in minutes. There are still some rules which guarantee, happiness and mental peace.
Let me help you if you are suffering from chronic diseases like tensions, panic, mental disturbance or confusions.
Rule No 1. Never ever underestimate the power within you. Doesn't matter the incapability of doing a work, you still should have confidence that if not this, I am made for something else.
Rule No 2. You should get this right in your head that everything happens for a reason. Try to smile in hurdles with this thought. Try to believe that He is looking at you 24x7. He is working for you.
Rule No 3. Believe in HIM. What you receive is His blessings and What you lost is your innocence. Try to have faith that if something is not entitled to you, it is actually not meant for you.
Rule No. 4. Good or bad, excellent or worse, all days will come. As a human being, it is your planner. You will have to go through each and every phase to grow and learn.
Rule No 5. Never compare yourself with people above you. If you want to stay grounded and kind in your life, compare with the people who are objectively under you or you can say not privileged as you.
Rule No 6. If you ever feel confused between things, either talk to yourself or write down all the points that are creating a mess in your head. This will make your final choice a lot easier.
Rule No 7. If you ever feel that you are not satisfied with the lifestyle you have, talk to your mom. She will introduce you to a whole new world of struggle, they have come from. You will, then realize the luxury of at least calling your life a LIFESTYLE.
Rule No 8. Never prioritize anyone apart from your family. Family is a blessing. Your immediate blood relations are capable of saving you from any storm. All you need to do is, hold their hands tightly for life.
Rule No 9. Do not let your anger, frustration or irritation conquers your happy side. You are strong and you can manage it all with a smile or just disappearing for the moment.
Rule No 10. Feed yourself on a regular basis. Here, feed refers to your interests and your likes. Feed yourself with things which makes you happy and satisfied. It can be anything like, shopping, eating, beauty, studying, travelling etc..
Rule No 11. College life is a bliss. And when I am using the word bliss, I actually mean it here. It's not that college serves you mangoes, it is that the afterlife is much more exhausting, boring and full of hardships.
Rule No 12. In order to succeed in the race of breathing happily beings, you must love yourself and value your thought process. Try to look on the brighter or positive side.
Rule No 13. You need to start discussing things once in a month. It really helps. Stop gossiping daily and start talking with your mother or sister once in a month.
