screen time by thirty minutes a day. That’s it. Give those thirty minutes the
chance to spend time with family, doing some phone calls to your friends, eat

a bad temper? Do you eat too much junk food? Do you argue with your mother? Do
you crib about your workplace? Do you sleep till late? You know your bad
habits. Pick any three and try to quit doing them on a daily basis.

pep talk hurts no one. Watch something that inspires you.

little fun and cuteness in your life on a daily basis. Watch a funny clip or
maybe cute babies or animal’s video to stimulate your mind. Re-energize

your day and pick out 3 most beautiful things that occurred to you that day.
This will help you reflect on your small successes and all the tiny blessings
you possess in your life.
Know Your Worth!
Don’t settle
less than what you deserve. Be it relationships or career or anything in life.
There is plenty of time for you to be who you want to be in life. Never give up
on yourself, you’re stronger than you believe, smarter than you seem, braver
than you think and twice as potent as you have imagined.
