What happens when you don't take Enough Sleep?

Getting your defined sleep is undeniably the most important part of your daily schedule. If not, a human body can face dire consequences which eventually affect one’s mental health, physical health and create obstacles in emotional functioning too. Sleep regulates hormones, so if the body is not getting enough sleep, hunger hormones become imbalanced which in turn increase your diet and the need to have more food. It is not a coincidence that you feel the need of having muffins, chocolates or junk food when you’re stressed and irritable. Lack of sleep or deprivation can lead to a grumpy, tired, and exhausted mood. The mind is not able to process your schedule of a day’s work and thus over-work leads to exhaustion. Furthermore, you feel a lack of motivation and the drive to work. Decision-making becomes a task. You risk accidents and falls. If you sleep less than your body requirements, you will seldom give your best shot at work, at relationships, and at all things you do.

WHY SLEEP IS IMPORTANT:
