Sleep requirements differ from person to person based on age, health, and workload. Standard sleep cycle must long for 8 hours for
adults to function their best. On the other hand, infants require more sleep
than that. Children and teens need at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep to maintain
focus and participate in both outdoor and indoor activities. Older people need
at least 7 hours of sleep shunning the notion that says that there is a
decrease in sleep with age.
